Getting around is easy- Our unit has a great, central location between some of the City's hottest neighborhoods. With a Walk Score of 83 it means your stay is very walkable to many local attractions including historical sites, great bars and restaurants, the Delaware Riverfront area, and shopping! If you choose to explore by car, you can easily get to main highway onramps as well as other attractions in the City. Uber and Lyft are also easily available, or if you'd like to roll around by bike, feel free to rent Indego Bikes from various docking stations located throughout the City. The three nights I spent at this place was amazing. I honestly would’ve extended my stay if I could it’s a great location close to a lot of spots. The place always ran cool love that the most that rooftop is amazing. The views are great at night I would put up a bug zapper to deal with the flies, but I did not care. It was still amazing. There was a TV in every space so we all had room to spread about if we didn’t wanna watch TV together we could if not, we were able to watch it other spots I will say due to us all I guess watching TV on our own the Internet was a little spotty so if you’re doing anything major like playing video games that require online play, it was a little difficult, but it did not affect my stay. The kitchen was beautiful. They could add 2 or 3 more pots. The bathroom was good in a perfect reality. There would be an extra bathroom in that apartment due to the amount of beds, but we made it work. Definitely would recommend or even come back if I was in Philly again

My wife and I loved the place; however, there was a fenced-in area with trash and a hammock in the back of the property. It looked like it was clearly owned by someone else. I'm not sure if homeless people share the space there. We had an early 5 am Sunday flight. They played loud music behind the house well into the night, so we didn't get much sleep. Other than that, the property and the stay were fantastic.

We had a wonderful time staying at Gabriel's place. We really enjoyed the rooftop deck at night - there was a view of the Ben Franklin Bridge lit up as well as the skyline and river. We also loved having a parking spot - this was so convenient. The place overall was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. It was also in a good location; we were able to walk to many attractions and restaurants.

I stayed here for 2 weeks for work and absolutely LOVED everything about it. The location is perfect to explore Old City, while still easily able to access highways. This home was spotless and well stocked with essentials. The rooftop deck was my favorite part, I thoroughly enjoyed sitting up there in the evenings. I have stayed in many places in Philadelphia and this is my favorite by far! Gabriel is super friendly, accommodating, and communicative. Highly recommend this amazing place.
